1 Henry B. Crum, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was charged by Information in the District Court of Oklahoma County with the crime of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses. He was tried before a jury, found guilty, and sentenced to Two Years in the Penitentiary, and to pay a fine of $500.00. He lodged his appeal in this Court asserting 3 assignments of error.
